A week gone and I can’t wait for my next taste of adventure, the next challenge to pick up. Until then, a small video for some amazing memories and fantastic learnings. Gosh, I love being a coach, and being able to give to others as much as I can learn from observing, and there was a lot of observing and support within that cycling race.
When you put your mind onto something and keep at it with the smile,
you enjoy the journey as much as the results and you make it no doubt, more important you make it still with that big smile.
A coach one day, always a coach, and the last teaching of that small adventure?
1) Set your mind onto something, see it, feel it, smell it… and get it. William James saw that long ago, ‘There is a law in psychology that if you form a picture in your mind of what you would like to be and you keep and hold that picture there long enough, you will soon become exactly as you have been thinking.’
2) Always focus on the satisfaction of the results, of what the results bring, indeed not the results itself but what they will empower… you of course, your next project, your next chapter in your life, and that’s what matters.
3) Last, the journey is the key… enjoy the journey and give all along. Success, satisfaction are about being focus to the outside, to the journey and the other travelers, focus on the other and you get the satisfaction of your results quicker.
And yes, always with ‘The Spirit of H2O,’ the famous 3! Remember give people the world, give them a coach.
